The service I received here was AMAZING, from beginning to end. Very clean especially! The front desk was patient with me, the Hygienist was nice, spoke to me while doing my teeth, and made it comfortable for me while sitting in that chair lol. Even got good news and what I can do to make my teeth A1. I love it here, y’all will definitely see me again❣️🥰

They provided information that clarified all my doubts and questions. I also took my mother who is an older adult and they provided her with excellent and very affordable service. Unlike another office where they gave her a quote at a very high cost for services she did not need. My mother and I truly trust and recommend Southern Family Dental to our family and friends. August 1, 2024Dr. Magi Youssef was amazing. Very thorough, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I leave for university soon and was stressed about getting my cavities and wisdom teeth taken care of. She reassured me and recommended the best course of action. She even showed me the X-rays, highlighting the areas with cavities and explaining how to take care of the teeth we need to watch. She didn't hesitate to refill my prescription and made the whole process easy. The rest of the staff was nice. Despite some technical difficulties, they did their best with the situation and were very apologetic and friendly. They were knowledgeable and explained the whitening process, which I was interested in, and quoted me a fair amount. Definitely would and have recommended!

This acct is under a different name than my appt booked however yes they cleaned my teeth but I have never had a teeth cleaning that was so uncomfortable. The whole time I was getting shivers from the pain she was causing. I really have never experienced this before and my teeth are not bad at all imo. I’m not sure if I just need a different hygienist or what but I will say she was a nice person. I really just can’t go to her chair again.

Dr. Youssef was very professional and made sure we left with the knowledge to proceed with our dental plan. She made sure we were comfortable and took the time to address any concerns. The service was very time efficient. 10 out 10 would recommend!!

June 25, 2024I have been here a total of three times (going back here for a fourth time in a few days), and each time the service and professionalism have been stellar! Brenda, Jamie, Omiara (sp) and Dr. Youssef are all amazing at what they do. I even spoke with the office manager on the phone once or twice when calling to ask questions (which I did a lot), and he was so gracious in answering all my questions and concerns. I am a big baby when it comes to dental work and the mouth, but they were all kind, patient, and caring. For the first time in my life, I didn't feel like a number at a dentist's office. The ambiance in the office is calm and inviting, and the decor and atmosphere of positivity immediately put me at ease. I am so happy I have found a dentist who will keep my business for the rest of my life. Highly Recommended!!!

Everyone in this office is 100% top notch. From the receptionists to the hygienists to the doctor…. Everyone is so personable and nice. Dr. Youssef makes sure to take care of her staff and patients. I highly recommend her for dental needs.

My normal dentist was booked until next year I called Southern Family Dental and got an appointment within a week. The staff and Dr were welcoming and extremely friendly, professional!! The office was very clean. I was unfamiliar with this location but will be coming here from now on for my regular checkups!!! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

May 29, 2024I’ve been going to southern family dental for about 3-4 years now. I went for a cleaning randomly 3-4 years ago and haven’t left. It’s a welcoming and friendly environment. Also everyone is knowledgeable, friendly and happy to help. I also got Invisalign and a whiting service it was a great experience. Below I’ve posted a picture of me before and after my Invisalign treatment. I’ve since gotten married and had another baby and now everyone in the family goes here for their dental needs. I highly recommend.
